292. Double Blessings<\/p>\n
1. Rest. Salvation and holiness. \u201cI will give you rest.\u201d \u201cYe shall find rest\u201d (Mat_11:28-29).<\/p>\n
2. Meetness. Grace makes us meet for the inheritance\u2014Col_1:12; and the Holy Spirit makes us meet for service\u20142Ti_2:21.<\/p>\n
3. Supply. \u201cGrace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord\u201d (2Pe_1:2).<\/p>\n
4. Peace. \u201cPeace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you\u201d (Joh_14:27).<\/p>\n
5. Keeping. \u201cPreserved,\u201d or kept \u201cin\u201d (\u201cfor\u201d, R.V.) \u201cJesus Christ.\u201d \u201cKeep yourselves in the love of God\u201d (Jud_1:21).<\/p>\n
6. Indwelling. \u201cHe that keepeth His commandments dwelleth in Him, and He in him\u201d (1Jn_3:24).<\/p>\n
7. Life and Joy. \u201cThese things we write… that your joy may be full.\u201d \u201cThese things have I written… that ye may know ye have eternal life\u201d (1Jn_1:4; 1Jn_5:13).<\/p>\n
