295. Doubles of the Christian<\/p>\n
1. Position. \u201cThe Church… which is in God the Father and in the Lord Jesus Christ\u201d (1Th_1:1).<\/p>\n
2. Life. \u201cYour life is hid with Christ in God\u201d (Col_3:3).<\/p>\n
3. Union. \u201cThat they all may be one; as Thou, Father, art in Me, and I in Thee, that they also may be one in us\u201d (Joh_17:21).<\/p>\n
4. Keeping. \u201cNeither shall any pluck them out of My hand… and no man is able to pluck them out of My Father\u2019s hand\u201d (Joh_10:28-29).<\/p>\n
5. Sendings. Sent to redeem. \u201cSent forth His Son… to redeem.\u201d \u201cSent forth the Spirit of His Son in your hearts\u201d (Gal_4:4-6).<\/p>\n
6. Power. \u201cIn whom… ye were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise.\u201d \u201cBe filled with the Spirit\u201d (Eph_1:13; Eph_5:18).<\/p>\n
7. Calling. \u201cThe hope of our calling,\u201d which is to be with Him; and \u201cThe hope of His calling,\u201d which is for Him to be with us (Eph_1:18; Eph_4:4).<\/p>\n
