In Col_3:1-16<\/p>\n
1. The first thing to \u201cseek.\u201d \u201cSeek first those things which are above.\u201d<\/p>\n
2. The essential thing to \u201cset.\u201d \u201cSet your affection on things above.\u201d<\/p>\n
3. The absolute thing to \u201cmortify.\u201d \u201cMortify therefore your members,\u201d etc.<\/p>\n
4. The obnoxious thing to \u201cput off.\u201d \u201cThe old man and his deeds.\u201d<\/p>\n
5. The necessary thing to \u201cput on.\u201d \u201cBowels of mercy,\u201d etc.<\/p>\n
6. The gracious things to \u201clet.\u201d \u201cThe peace of God\u201d to \u201crule,\u201d and \u201cthe Word of Christ\u201d to \u201cdwell.\u201d<\/p>\n
