Selection 5<\/p>\n
1. \u201cBe not forgetful\u201d (Heb_12:2). To entertain a stranger is beneficial to the entertainer, for an angel from Heaven may be found in the visitor.<\/p>\n
2. \u201cRemember\u201d (Heb_13:3). To remember those in \u201cadversity\u201d is to find ourselves in the Lord\u2019s university.<\/p>\n
3. \u201cBe content\u201d (Heb_13:5). Contentment finds a feast in a crust, and Heaven\u2019s wine in a cruse of water.<\/p>\n
4. \u201cWhose faith follow\u201d (Heb_13:7). To follow in the steps of those who have honoured God is to remember them in permanent appreciation.<\/p>\n
5. \u201cBe not carried about\u201d (Heb_13:9). If we drift with the tide of man\u2019s teaching we shall find ourselves in the ditch of error.<\/p>\n
6. \u201cGo forth\u201d (Heb_13:13). To go forth with Christ and find Him outside is to find many inside blessings.<\/p>\n
7. \u201cOffer,\u201d \u201cDo good,\u201d \u201cObey,\u201d and \u201cPray\u201d (Heb_13:15-16, Heb_13:17-18) is the final quartette of exhortations. \u201cOffer\u201d to God His portion, \u201cdo good\u201d to men, \u201cobey\u201d the Elders, and \u201cpray\u201d for the Lord\u2019s servants, and finally, don\u2019t forget to \u201csalute\u201d those who are in the places of responsibility\u2014Heb_13:24.<\/p>\n
