1. A Sorry Condition. \u201cNo fear of God\u201d (Psa_36:1).<\/p>\n
2. A Saving Blessing. \u201cThe fear of God came upon them\u201d (1Sa_11:7; 2Ch_14:14; 2Ch_17:10; 2Ch_19:7).<\/p>\n
3. A Preventing Grace. \u201cI will trust, and not be afraid\u201d (Isa_12:2).<\/p>\n
4. A Loving Word. \u201cFear not\u201d (Isa_41:10; Isa_44:8).<\/p>\n
5. A Happy State. \u201cHappy the man that feareth alway\u201d (Pro_28:14).<\/p>\n
6. A Commanding Power. \u201cThe dread of thee, and the fear of thee\u201d (Deu_2:25; Deu_11:25).<\/p>\n
If we fear to disobey God we need not fear Him. Fear haunts us all the time if we do not fear God. Abiding in the secret place of the Lord\u2019s presence, no \u201cterror\u201d (fear) shall disturb us.<\/p>\n
