1. The Good Shepherd finding the lost sheep. Sought until He found it\u2014Luk_15:4-6.<\/p>\n
2. The Treasure Seeker finding the treasure and pearl. \u201cWhen a man hath found.\u201d \u201cFound one pearl\u201d (Mat_13:44, Mat_13:46.<\/p>\n
3. The Disappointed Lord finding only the leaves of profession. \u201cHe found nothing but leaves\u201d (Mar_11:13).<\/p>\n
4. The Agonising Saviour finding sleeping disciples. \u201cFound them asleep\u201d (Mat_26:40, Mat_26:43).<\/p>\n
5. The Appreciative Christ finding a wholehearted trust. \u201cI have not found so great faith,\u201d etc. (Mat_8:10).<\/p>\n
