694. Restoration of Jews to Palestine and Glories<\/p>\n
I. Promise of Restoration to the Land. \u201cBehold, I will gather them out of all countries whither I have driven them in Mine anger, and in My fury, and in great wrath, and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely.\u201d \u201cThis place\u201d is specifically stated, namely, \u201cThis city\u201d (Jerusalem), and \u201cthis land\u201d (Palestine), so there can be no mistake as to locality\u2014Jer_32:36-41.<\/p>\n
II. Ancient Glories and Sanctity of the Race Regained.<\/p>\n
Here are a few of the many promises:<\/p>\n
1. \u201cI will build them as at the first\u201d (Jer_33:7).<\/p>\n
2. \u201cI will no more make you a reproach among the nations\u201d (Joe_2:19).<\/p>\n
3. \u201cI will restore to you the years that the locusts have eaten\u201d (Joe_2:25).<\/p>\n
4. \u201cI will save you from all your uncleanness\u201d (Eze_36:29).<\/p>\n
5. \u201cI will bring upon you all the good I have promised them\u201d (Jer_32:42).<\/p>\n
6. \u201cI will make you a name and a praise among the people of the earth\u201d (Zep_3:20).<\/p>\n
7. \u201cI will be your God\u201d (Eze_36:28).<\/p>\n
Scriptures might be multiplied, but the above emphatic \u201cI will\u2019s\u201d of Jehovah are more than sufficient.<\/p>\n
