{"id":31685,"date":"2022-09-10T15:40:06","date_gmt":"2022-09-10T20:40:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.biblia.work\/sermons\/when-is-the-right-time-to-start-listening-to-christmas-music\/"},"modified":"2022-09-10T15:40:06","modified_gmt":"2022-09-10T20:40:06","slug":"when-is-the-right-time-to-start-listening-to-christmas-music","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.biblia.work\/sermons\/when-is-the-right-time-to-start-listening-to-christmas-music\/","title":{"rendered":"When Is the Right Time to Start Listening to Christmas Music?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\">David Beale photo &#8211; Unsplash <\/p>\n<p><em>By Aaron Earls<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Some start dreaming of singing \u201cWhite Christmas\u201d before the leaves begin to fall, while others are staying away <em>from<\/em> the manger until well into December.<\/p>\n<p>As it turns out, your propensity to play Christmas music early has a lot to do with where you live.<\/p>\n<p>If you are among the first to blare \u201cFeliz Navidad\u201d in your office, you might consider moving out of the United States.<\/p>\n<p>According to EveryNoise, which tracks songs according to their number of plays on the music streaming service Spotify, Americans don\u2019t really embrace the holiday spirit until well into November.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, the United States crossed the Christmas music threshold\u2014playing at least 2% Christmas songs on the music platform\u2014on November 15.<\/p>\n<div class='code-block code-block-1' style='margin: 8px 0;clear: both'> <\/div>\n<p>The day after Thanksgiving last year, Christmas music jumped to over 5% of the music played on Spotify.
