According to investigators, the dispatcher left a hit-and-run caller on hold for 40 minutes, then for nine minutes delayed a call to report a shooting.<\/p>\n
When he previously served as a trainer, reports say the man “was repeatedly found watching TV instead of paying attention to his trainees.”<\/p>\n
