{"id":33624,"date":"2022-09-10T20:56:14","date_gmt":"2022-09-11T01:56:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.biblia.work\/sermons\/robber-goes-back-to-court\/"},"modified":"2022-09-10T20:56:14","modified_gmt":"2022-09-11T01:56:14","slug":"robber-goes-back-to-court","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.biblia.work\/sermons\/robber-goes-back-to-court\/","title":{"rendered":"Robber Goes Back to Court"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There is an old saying about &ldquo;coming back to the scene of the crime,&rdquo; but this criminal took it way too literally.<\/p>\n<p>A Philadelphia man is accused of robbing an Atlantic City, N.J., bank in April&mdash;just four months after he was released from a prison term for robbing the same bank in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>According to a July 1, 2015, AP story, the 55-year-old man told a teller at Cape Bank he had a gun and escaped with &ldquo;an undisclosed amount of cash.&rdquo; However, as he &ldquo;was fleeing on foot, a bank employee approached a police officer on traffic detail and said the bank had been robbed.&rdquo; The robber immediately was spotted and taken into custody.<\/p>\n<p>The man is due in court this week, and faces &ldquo;up to 20 years in prison if he&#039;s convicted on the bank robbery charge.
