By Faith. We have faith in God’s word and obey His will. The Apostle Paul wrote, “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you<\/strong> into a new person by changing the way you think<\/strong>. Then you will learn to know God's will for you<\/strong>, which is good and pleasing and perfect.” Romans 12:2 (NLT).<\/p>\n

God is one who transforms us<\/strong> as we obey<\/strong> His wonderful will. <\/p>\n

Developing the good habit of starting the day with pray and Bible study<\/strong> give us the spiritual nourishment to live that day as God would want us to. We learn to see things from God’s perspective and we obey His will to be loving, just, kind, gentle, truthful – copies of God’s dear Son.<\/p>\n

We believe Philippians 1:6 (NKJV), “being confident<\/strong> of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you<\/strong> will complete it<\/strong> until the day of Jesus Christ”. This is God’s promise to you. Rest in that promise. Memorize this scripture <\/strong>and repeat it when negative thoughts come into your head. <\/p>\n

Paul taught that we are coworkers with God.<\/strong> We work together with Him by obedient submission <\/strong>to His perfect will. “Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed<\/strong>,… work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure<\/strong>.” Philippians 2:12-13 (NKJV) Memorize this scripture, too. It will grow your faith in God.<\/p>\n

Finally, we embrace 2 Peter 1:4-8, 10-11 (NKJV), 4 “by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises<\/strong>, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption<\/strong> that is in the world through lust. 5 But also for this very reason, giving all diligence<\/strong>, add to your faith virtue<\/strong>, to virtue knowledge<\/strong>, 6 to knowledge self-control<\/strong>, to self-control perseverance<\/strong>, to perseverance godliness<\/strong>, 7 to godliness brotherly kindness<\/strong>, and to brotherly kindness love<\/strong>. 8 For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord<\/strong> Jesus Christ. … 10 Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your calling and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble<\/strong>; 11 for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom<\/strong> of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”<\/p>\n

Have faith in God; obey His will; and Jesus’s promise will be fulfilled. John 14:23 (NKJV), “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him<\/strong>.” <\/p>\n
