Isaiah 27:1-3 and Isaiah 26:19 are prophecies<\/strong> about how God will finally destroy Satan<\/strong> and the incorrigible, and how He will resurrect mankind and restore Israel <\/strong>to be His blesser nation. God promised Abraham. “And in thy seed <\/strong>shall all the nations of the earth be blessed<\/strong>; because thou hast obeyed my voice.” Genesis 22:18.<\/p>\n

Discussion<\/strong>: Isaiah 27:1-3<\/strong> (NKJV), “In that day the LORD with His severe sword, great and strong, Will punish Leviathan the fleeing serpent (a symbol of Satan)<\/em>, Leviathan that twisted serpent; And He will slay the reptile<\/strong> that is in the sea<\/strong>. (The masses of mankind are like the tossing sea). <\/em>In that day sing to her (Israel)<\/em>, ‘A vineyard (Israel)<\/em> of red wine! I, the LORD, keep it, I water it every moment; Lest any hurt it, I keep it night and day<\/strong>.’”<\/p>\n

Isaiah 27:6 <\/strong>(NKJV), “Those who come He shall cause to take root in Jacob<\/strong>; Israel shall blossom and bud<\/strong>, And fill the face of the world with fruit<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Isaiah 26<\/strong> is a prophecy about Christ’s kingdom, about the resurrection and the teaching of righteousness to all mankind, and the final destruction of the incorrigible.<\/p>\n

Isaiah 26:1-2<\/strong> (NKJV), “In that day (1,000 year Millennial day<\/strong>) this song will be sung in the land of Judah (Israel restored)<\/em>: ‘We have a strong city; God will appoint salvation for walls and bulwarks. Open the gates, That the righteous nation which keeps the truth may enter in.”<\/p>\n

Isaiah 26:8-9 (NKJV) – “Yes, in the way of Your judgments <\/strong>(against unrighteousness)<\/em> O LORD, we have waited for You; The desire of our soul<\/strong> is for Your name And for the remembrance of You. With my soul I have desired You in the night (present night time of sin and death)<\/em>,<\/strong> Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early (in the dawn of Christ’s restoring, healing reign<\/em><\/strong>); For when Your judgments are in the earth, The inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.” (see Jeremiah 31:33-34)<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Isaiah 26:14 (NKJV), “They (the <\/em>incorrigible)<\/em> are dead,<\/strong> they will not live (eternally)<\/em>; They are deceased, they will not rise (again from second death)<\/em>. Therefore You have punished and destroyed them, And made all their memory to perish.<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Isaiah 26:19<\/strong> (NKJV), “Your dead shall live<\/strong> (all mankind will be <\/em>resurrected <\/em><\/strong>John 5:28,29)<\/em>; Together with my dead body they shall arise.
