(Cameroon)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"post-content\">\n<p><strong>Yes<\/strong>, God does get angry.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Psalm 7:11 (NKJV), &ldquo;<strong>God is a just judge<\/strong>, And <strong>God is angry with the wicked every day<\/strong>.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Psalm 76:7, &ldquo;Thou, even thou, art to be feared; And<strong> who may stand<\/strong> in thy sight when <strong>once thou art angry<\/strong>?&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Psalm 79:5, &ldquo;How long, O Jehovah? <strong>wilt thou be angry for ever?<\/strong> Shall thy jealousy burn like fire?&rdquo;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Psalm 85:5, &ldquo;Wilt thou be <strong>angry with us for ever<\/strong>? Wilt thou draw out thine anger to all generations?&rdquo;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>No<\/strong>. <strong>God&rsquo;s anger<\/strong> is <strong>for a period <\/strong>of time in order <strong>to bring repentance.<\/strong> Psalm 30:5, &ldquo;For his<strong> anger endureth but a moment<\/strong>; in his <strong>favour is life <\/strong>(the reformed of mankind will receive eternal, perfect life on earth): <strong>weeping may endure for a night<\/strong> (the nighttime of sin), but<strong> joy cometh in the morning<\/strong> (in the morning of Christ&rsquo;s reign on earth).&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Isaiah 12:1 (NIV), &ldquo;In that day (the Millennial day) you will say: &lsquo;I will praise you, LORD. Although <strong>you were angry <\/strong>with me, your <strong>anger has turned away<\/strong> and you have <strong>comforted me. <\/strong>Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation. With joy you will <strong>draw water from the wells of salvation<\/strong>.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Compare this with Revelation 22:17 (NKJV), &ldquo;And the Spirit and the bride say, &lsquo;Come!&rsquo; And let him who hears say, &lsquo;<strong>Come!<\/strong>&rsquo; And let him who thirsts come. <strong>Whoever desires<\/strong>, let him <strong>take the water of life freely<\/strong>.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Yes, there will be a <strong>great time of trouble<\/strong>, a time when God displays His <strong>fierce wrath,<\/strong> but <strong>afterward<\/strong>, on the rubble of the destroyed nations, God will pour out His love. (See Daniel 2:44.)<\/p>\n<p>Zephaniah 3:8 (NIV), &ldquo;&lsquo;Therefore <strong>wait for me<\/strong>,&rsquo; declares the LORD, &lsquo;for the day I will stand up to testify. I have decided to assemble the nations, to gather the kingdoms and to <strong>pour out my wrath on them&#8211;all my fierce anger.<\/strong> The whole world will be consumed by the fire of my jealous anger.
