The Hebrew word “eth” (Strong’s H853) spelled Aleph-Tay is left untranslated because it is used to provide emphasis in the text with the sense of entity;<\/em>  self<\/em>.  Depending on the structure of the sentence, “eth” may mean even,<\/em> or namely<\/em>.
