John says (15:12-15 ESV) Jesus is called our friend if we follow his teachings of living a life of sacrifice and love.

He also has the title “Lord of lords” and “King of kings.” Revelation says, (17:14 NIV) “They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings—and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers.”

Acts says, (10:36 NIV) “You know the message God sent to the people of Israel, announcing the good news of peace through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all.”

Eventually, everyone will acknowledge that Jesus is our Lord. Phillipians (2:9-11 NIV) says, “Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, … and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

So, what are some other names for Jesus?
