Perfect man is a manifestation of these attributes. Sinful mankind has been losing God’s image for over 6,000 years.

An aspect of God’s image is man’s rulership over the lower creation. Genesis 1:26, “Then God said, ‘Let us make man in our image, according to our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.’” Man was never given dominion over other men.

The blackman and the whiteman are all descendants of Adam and Eve. Acts 17:26 (NIV): “From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth…” Thus, all men were to reflect God’s image.

God is for all men – the blackman and the whiteman. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.” Matthew 5:45 (ESV) “God does not show favoritism.” Romans 2:11 (NIV).

Finally, God sent Jesus to be a ransom for the blackman, the whiteman, and all men. “For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh.” 1 Peter 3:18.

Will the blackman, the whiteman, and all men ever live together in equality and harmony? Yes, when Christ establishes his rulership over all the earth.
