The <strong>Semites as a whole are slightly darker than Europeans but by no means as dark as the Cushites of South India or black Africa, &nbsp;the &quot;people of colour&quot;<\/strong>. &nbsp;Jesus likely spoke Aramaic but he spoke Hebrew also. &nbsp;He read the Hebrew Scriptures in the Synagogue and attributed the fulfilled prophecies in Isaiah to himself.
