God is quite clear that any offering made to Him must be unblemished and could not come from a foreigner’s defiled hand. Anything associated with the religion or ways of the Canaanites or Amorites (participants in death cults, fertility cults, and temple prostitutes) was totally abominable in the eyes of the Lord. God could not have accepted an offering sown and grown by the Canaanite culture. <\/p>\n
