A question, why we church of Christ is not important cross or why we never put cross in the worship building?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

How could you ever go into a congregation of the churches of Christ and not think the cross is important is beyond me.<\/p>\n

The hymns are drenched with the cross of Christ. The Lord’s Supper is practiced every first day of the week.<\/p>\n

The cross is proclaimed from the pulpit.<\/p>\n

In prayer, we are thankful for His sacrifice.<\/p>\n

It’s like saying the sacrifice in the old law wasn’t important if there wasn’t a visible representation of the sacrifice in the tabernacle or temple.<\/p>\n

Why would we put a cross in the building?<\/p>\n

We are to contend earnestly for the faith, Jude 3. Where is putting the cross in the church building in the faith?<\/p>\n

We are not to go beyond what is written, 1 Cor. 4:6. Where is it written?<\/p>\n

We will be judged by the words of Christ, John 12:48. Where is it in the words of Christ, or in the words of the apostles he gave his words to? John 17:8.<\/p>\n
