{"id":45380,"date":"2022-10-01T01:48:56","date_gmt":"2022-10-01T06:48:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.biblia.work\/sermons\/the-incomprehensible-love-of-christ-bible-study\/"},"modified":"2022-10-01T01:48:56","modified_gmt":"2022-10-01T06:48:56","slug":"the-incomprehensible-love-of-christ-bible-study","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.biblia.work\/sermons\/the-incomprehensible-love-of-christ-bible-study\/","title":{"rendered":"The Incomprehensible Love Of Christ &#8211; Bible study"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In Ephesians 3:18-19, the apostle Paul prayed that the brethren:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height  to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In this text, Paul expresses how deep our Savior&#8217;s love is for each one of us. Some Bible scholars believe that the word width refers to its worldwide embrace (John 3:16); &#8220;length,&#8221; its existence throughout all ages (Ephesians 3:21); &#8220;depth,&#8221; its profound wisdom (Romans 11:33); and height, its victory over sin opening the way to heaven (Ephesians 4:8).<\/p>\n<p>No matter how we may interpret the above text, Christ&#8217;s love is indeed beyond our understanding when we think of the fact that:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;<strong>while we were still sinners, Christ died for us<\/strong>&#8221; (Romans 5:8).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Brethren, let&#8217;s offer our praise to God this day (and every day) for the &#8220;inexpressible gift&#8221; of His Son!
