{"id":45631,"date":"2022-10-01T01:56:44","date_gmt":"2022-10-01T06:56:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.biblia.work\/sermons\/our-fleshly-tabernacle-bible-study\/"},"modified":"2022-10-01T01:56:44","modified_gmt":"2022-10-01T06:56:44","slug":"our-fleshly-tabernacle-bible-study","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.biblia.work\/sermons\/our-fleshly-tabernacle-bible-study\/","title":{"rendered":"Our Fleshly Tabernacle &#8211; Bible study"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The following are some aspects of our fleshly tabernacle (body) that we as children of God should consider in our Christian walk:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It was created by God (Genesis 2:7).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>It must be presented to God (Romans 12:1-2).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>It is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>It is to glorify God (1 Corinthians 6:20).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>It should be exercised (1 Timothy 4:8).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>It should be disciplined and brought under subjection (1 Corinthians 9:27).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>It should be kept clean (Hebrews 10:22).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>It should avoid engaging in sin (Romans 6:11-13; 1 Corinthians 6:16-18; cf. Romans 1:24).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>It needs to be kept in check, if possible (James 3:2 NIV).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>It should magnify Christ (Philippians 1:20).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>It should be used in our Masters service (2 Timothy 2:20-21; cf. Acts 9:15; 1 Corinthians 15:58).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>It will return to the dust (Genesis 3:19; Ecclesiastes 3:20).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>It will be resurrected and changed (Romans 8:11; 1 Corinthians 15:44,51-54; Philippians 3:20-21).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following are some aspects of our fleshly tabernacle (body) that we as children of God should consider in our Christian walk: It was created by God (Genesis 2:7).
