When I donated blood a few years back, a nurse gave me a card to read while she withdrew blood from a vein in my arm. The card showed the following percentages of people who have different blood types:<\/p>\n
O-Positive 37.4%
A-Positive 35.7%
A-Negative 6.3%
B-Negative 1.5%
AB-Negative 0.6%<\/p>\n
The card also had this eye-catching statement which said: The rarest blood type is the one thats not there when you need it. How true that statement is.<\/p>\n
However, there’s another supply of blood that is one of a kind and always available<\/strong> to those who ask for it.<\/p>\n 1 John 1:7 states:<\/p>\n The blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n It was the death of Christ the shedding of His blood, that satisfied the demand of a holy God as payment for our sins (Hebrews 9:12; Hebrews 9:22). So whenever a believer cries out to God in repentance for his sins and asks for forgiveness, his sins are completely forgiven.<\/p>\n Let’s be grateful that Jesus was willing to die on the cross, giving His life-saving blood for us, so that forgiveness might be available when we need it.
