Today, Im posting a link to Michael Hyatts web site where he presents 4 Ways To Become A Leader People Want To Follow. Ive added some appropriate Scriptures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The following are four C&#8217;s of effective leadership from Mr. Hyatt&#8217;s web site:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong> <strong>Care<\/strong>  Genuinely care about others (Romans 12:10; Romans 15:1-2; 1 Corinthians 10:32-33; Gal 6:1).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Celebrate<\/strong>  Show people appreciation for their achievements (Romans 16:1-15; 1 Thessalonians 1).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong> <strong>Correct<\/strong>  People appreciate positive direction that helps them grow and improve (Acts 18:24-28).<\/p>\n<p><strong>4)<\/strong> <strong>Compensate<\/strong>  Fair compensation is one way we show folks the value of their hard work and dedication (Proverbs 31:31 NIRV; 1 Corinthians 9:1-14; 1 Timothy 5:17-18).<\/p>\n<p>Spiritual leaders in the Lord&#8217;s church would do well to memorize the above four C&#8217;s and make practical application of them, helping the church to experience continued growth and development.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Effective leadership is an integral part of a successful Christian life (Joshua 1:1-11; Joshua 24:14-31).
