As they became friends, their conversation turned to religion. The believer asked the Muslim if he\u2019d ever read the Bible. He answered no, but then asked if the Christian had ever read the Koran.<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent: 18.0pt;line-height:normal'>The believer responded, \u201cNo, I haven\u2019t, but I\u2019m sure it would be interesting. Why don\u2019t we read both together, once a week, alternating books?\u201d The young man accepted the challenge, their friendship deepened, and during the second term he became a believer in Jesus.<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent: 18.0pt;line-height:normal'>One evening, late in the term, he burst into the room and shouted at the longtime believer, \u201cYou deceived me!\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent: 18.0pt;line-height:normal'>\u201cWhat are you talking about?\u201d the believer asked.<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent: 18.0pt;line-height:normal'>The new believer opened his Bible and said, \u201cI\u2019ve been reading it through, like you told me, and just read that the Word is living and active!\u201d He grinned. \u201cYou knew all along that the Bible contained God\u2019s power and that the Koran is a book like any other.
