Kayse, five, was more and more excited about her first day of kindergarten. Jayme, three, watched her big sister with fascination. On the Sunday before the first day of school, Kayse fell and skinned her knee.<\/p>\n
As Kayse cried, Jayme tried to comfort her by saying, \u201cDon\u2019t worry, Kayse; if you die, you\u2019ll go to heaven.\u201d<\/p>\n
