A rancher in Powder Bluff, Colorado, got 9,734 separate mailings informing him that his subscription to National Geographic<\/i> had expired.<\/p>\n
The rancher dropped what he was doing and traveled ten miles to the nearest U.S. post office, where he sent money for a renewal along with a note that said, \u201cI give up\u2014send me your magazine!\u201d<\/p>\n
