A farmer went into his banker and announced that he had bad news and good news. \u201cFirst, the bad news…\u201d \u201cWell,\u201d said the farmer, \u201cI can\u2019t make my mortgage payments. And that crop loan I\u2019ve taken out for the past 10 years\u2014I can\u2019t pay that off, either. Not only that, I won\u2019t be able to pay you the couple of hundred thousand I still have outstanding on my tractors and other equipment. So I\u2019m going to have to give up the farm and turn it all over to you for whatever you can salvage out of it.\u201d<\/p>\n
Silence prevailed for a minute and then the banker said, \u201cWhat\u2019s the good news?\u201d \u201cThe good news is that I\u2019m going to keep on banking with you,\u201d said the farmer.<\/p>\n
