Job 20:26 (b) This represents the terrible judgment which GOD will bring on a disobedient person without a human instrument. It is a divine punishment sent by GOD Himself.
Son 4:16 (b) This is symbolical of the ministry of the Spirit in giving or withholding or in providing what is needed to make the garden fruitful. The “wind” is a type of the Holy Spirit in His ministry. (See also Joh 3:8).
