(Heb. Likchi’, , learned, otherwise captivator; Sept. v.r. , Vulg. Leci), the third named of the four sons of Shemidah or Shemida, son of Manasseh (1Ch 7:19; comp. Jos 17:2). He does not appear to have had a numerous if any progeny, as his name does not occur in the account of the Manassite families (Num 26:32). B.C. post 1856.
