Moral Argument for God

Moral Argument for God

Moral Argument for God

Basing the belief upon the fact of man’s moral nature which compels him to make moral assertions about the world and destiny. The argument assumes many forms. Kant held, e.g., that the moral consciousness of man is a priori and compels him willy nilly to assert three great affirmatives; his freedom, immortality, and the existence and high character of God. — V.F.
