Comprises the Seychelles Islands. Founded Prefecture Apostolic of Seychelles in 1852. Elevated to the Vicariate Apostolic of Seychelles in 1880. Elevated to the diocese of Port Victoria o Seychelles on 14 July 1892, and entrusted to the Capuchins. Directly subject to the Holy See. See also
