(Heb. , Te’mach; in pause, , Ta’mach, laughter [Gesen.], or combat [Frst]; Sept. , ; Vulg. Thema), the name of a man whose descendants (or rather a place whose inhabitants) returned among the Nethinim from the captivity with Zerubbabel (Ezra 2, 53, Thamah Neh 7:55).
