(Heb. To’ach, , lowly; Sept. v.r. and ; Vulg. Thohu), son of Zuph and father of Eliel in the genealogy of Heman the Levitical musician (1Ch 6:34; Hebrews 19:1); elsewhere called by the similar name TOHU (1Sa 1:1), or the different one (1Ch 6:26) NAHATH SEE NAHATH (q.v.). SEE SAMUEL.
