Westley, James R an English Wesleyan missionary, was converted under a sermon preached at Kingisland Road, London, by Holloway. He was received by the Conference in 1846, and died at Kingston, Jamaica, Nov. 29, 1847, aged thirty years. He was diligent studious, and unremitting in his pastoral duties. Westlake, Charles an English Wesleyan minister, was born at Launceston, Cornwall.
