(Hebrews Azubah’, , deserted), the name of two women.
1. (Sept. v. r. .) The first wife of Caleb, Judah’s grandson, by whom he had three sons (1Ch 2:18-19). B.C. ante 1658.
2. (Sept. .) The daughter of Shilhi and mother of King Jehoshaphat (1Ki 22:42; 2Ch 20:31). B.C. 947-913.
