Baanias
(rather Banaias [q.v.], ), one of the Israelites, sons of Phoros, who divorced his Gentile wife after the exile (1Es 5:26); evidently the BENAIAH SEE BENAIAH (q.v.) of the correct text (Ezr 2:25).
