at one time a Dissenting minister, subsequently in the Church of Scotland, published a work Against a Pretence of Reform (Lond. 1796): and Olam Haneshenioth, or a View of the Intermediate State as it Appears in the Records of the Old and New Testaments, the Apocryphal Books, in Heathen Authors, the Greek and Latin Fathers (ibid. 1801).
