Cattani, Gaetano
an Italian missionary, was born at Modena, April 7, 1696. He entered the Society of Jesus in 1719, and was sent to Paraguay as a missionary in 1729, where he died, Aug. 28, 1733, leaving three Letters addressed to his brother Joseph (Paris, 1754, 12mo).
