a Scotch clergyman, took his degree at King’s College, Aberdeen, in 1646; was admitted to the living at Lathcron in 1652; transferred to second charge at Inverness in 1663; promoted to the first charge in 1674, and died in September, 1683, aged about fifty-eight years. a Scotch clergyman, a native of Garioch took his degree at King’s College, Aberdeen, in 16.75; was admitted to the second charge at Old Machar prior to 1683; transferred to Methlick the same year, and died before Feb. 9,1703, aged forty-eight years. See Fasti Eccles. Scoticanae, 3:487, 611.
