Cyrenian, Cyrenians
s-reni-an (, Kurenaos, a native or inhabitant of Cyrene): Two Jews of Cyrene are mentioned in the New Testament, namely, Simon (Mar 15:21 and Luk 23:26 the King James Version) who was impressed to bear the Lord’s cross (Mar 15:21 the Revised Version, margin), and Lucius, a Christian teacher at Antioch (Act 13:1).
