(, Vulg. Jolaman), one of the heads of clans (or places) whose “sons” had taken foreign wives after the Babylonian exile (1Es 9:27); evidently the ELAM SEE ELAM (q.v.) of the Hebrews text (Ezr 10:26). SEE ELAH.
