Frank, Philipp
(b. 1884) A member of the “Vienna Circle,” who has made his home in the U. S. He has been avowedly influenced by Mach. His major work lies on the borderline between philosophy and physics and he makes an effort “to employ only concepts which will not lose their usefulness outside of physics.”
