Gaddiel
(Heb. Gaddil’, fortune [i.e., sent] of God; Sept. v.r. ), son of Sodi, of the tribe of Zebulon. He represented that tribe among the twelve “spies” sent by Moses to explore Canaan (Num 13:10), B.C. 1657.
