Vers. half of the Manahethites, marg. half of the Menuchites, or Hatsiham- Menuchoth), one of the two sons of Shobal, the father of Kirjath-Jearim (1Ch 2:52); whence the patronymic for his descendants, HATSI-HAMMANACHTHITES ( , Sept. , Vulg. dimidium requietionis, Eng.Vers. half of the Manahethites, or half of the Menuchites), inverse 54.
