(Heb. Che’leb, ,fatness, as often; Sept. ,Vulg. Heled), son of Baumah the Netophathite, and one of David’s warriors (2Sa 23:29); elsewhere more correctly called HELED (1Ch 11:30), or, still better, HELDAI (1Ch 26:15).
