primarily an adverb of manner, then, of place, (a) of “motion” or “direction towards a place,” e.g., Mat 8:29; Mar 11:3; Luk 9:41; Joh 6:25; (b) of “position;” See HERE, PLACE.

has the same meaning as No. 1; “hither,” Joh 4:15-16; Act 17:6; Act 25:17. See HERE.
