(Heb. Cho’desh, , a month, as often; Sept. ,Vulg. Hodes), one of the wives of Shaharaim, of the tribe of Judah, several of whose children are enumerated (1Ch 8:9); called in 1Ch 8:8 more correctly BAARA SEE BAARA (q.v.).
