Lonsano, Menachem Di
a Jewish writer of the 17th century, is the author of , or critical work on the text of the Pentateuch (Amsterdam, 1659 and often). He compared ten MSS., chiefly Spanish ones, with the text of Bomberg’s quarto Bible, published in 1544, some of them being five or six hundred years old. See Furst, Bibl.
