Naphisi
( ; Vulg. Nasissin), one of the Temple servants whose “sons” returned from the exile (1Es 5:31); evidently the NEPHISHESIM (q.v.) or NEPHUSIM of the Heb. texts (Neh 7:52; Ezr 2:50).
