Paper, Paper Reeds
The paper reeds, aroth, were the papyrus, much of which grew in the Nile, and of which paper was made. Some of such paper has been found in the tombs of Egypt, but it is very fragile. Isa 19:7. The ‘paper,’ , in 2Jn 1:12 is supposed to be the same.
